All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Areas
We deliver across Pakistan. We have offices in Lahore, Multan, and Islamabad/Rawat, and can arrange delivery to most cities and rural areas.

Delivery Time
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer. For heavy machinery (tillers, milking machines, reaper machines, etc.), delivery timelines will be confirmed with you at the time of order.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout or communicated to you before dispatch. Some promotional orders may qualify for free delivery — check our website for current offers.

Large & Heavy Machinery
For large items such as flour mills, rice mills, tillers, milking machines, and similar equipment, delivery is arranged via freight transport. Our team will contact you to coordinate delivery details and ensure safe handling.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or courier details via phone/WhatsApp so you can follow up on delivery status.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you informed.
